About Me
Hey! I’m Kelly, and I’m so happy you’re here. My health journey started later than most—I didn’t grow up super fit or health-conscious. In fact, it wasn’t until my early 20s that I finally decided to make a change. I struggled, like many do, with figuring out what worked for me and how to stay consistent. That journey led me to become a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and for the past 11 years, I’ve been helping people find balance in their lives, too.
Outside of fitness and wellness, I’m a huge fan of simple pleasures—whether it’s enjoying a great meal (yes, I believe in balance, and that includes the occasional dessert and eating out!), rewatching my shows, and movies, or traveling and exploring. I’ve learned that living well doesn’t mean giving up the things you love—it means finding harmony and joy in your daily life.
My goal with Health Love Fit is to make wellness approachable and sustainable, no matter where you are on your journey. I’m here to share what I’ve learned, but also to learn from this amazing community.
